Externships are short term professional experiences (1-8 hours). If you are curious about an industry or work environment, an externship will allow you to spend a few hours shadowing an employer. You will get a real-life view of what that career looks like on a day-to-day basis.
If you would like to do an externship, contact achadwell@una.edu. Ms. Chadwell will coordinate the day/time for you to shadow the employer.
